If you're trying to submit a support ticket and are being asked for your Meta ID, it refers to your unique username—also known as your @-ID—linked to your Meta account. This ID is used across Meta Quest, Horizon Worlds, and other apps in the Meta ecosystem.
Here are two simple ways to locate it:
Option 1: Using the Meta Horizon Mobile App
- Open the Meta Quest mobile app on your phone.
- Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the bottom-right corner.
- Tap Profile or your profile picture/name at the top.
- On your Profile page, look for your @-ID (Meta username) directly under your display name.
It usually looks like: @yourusername
Option 2: Inside the VR Headset (Meta Quest)
- Put on your Meta Quest headset.
- Press the Meta (Oculus) button on your right controller to bring up the Universal Menu.
- Look for your profile picture icon on the menu bar and select it.
- On your Profile page, you'll see your display name and your Meta @-ID right underneath.
Example format: @yourusername
Extra Tips:
- Your Meta @-ID is unique to you and is used for your profile, friend requests, and apps across the Meta platform.
- Still can’t find it? Make sure your Meta Quest app is updated to the latest version.
When submitting a ticket, simply copy your Meta @-ID and paste it into the required field. This helps the support team quickly locate your account and resolve your issue faster.
