Where can I find my Meta ID?

If you're trying to submit a support ticket and are being asked for your Meta ID, it refers to your unique username—also known as your @-ID—linked to your Meta account. This ID is used across Meta Quest, Horizon Worlds, and other apps in the Meta ecosystem.

Here are two simple ways to locate it:

Option 1: Using the Meta Horizon Mobile App

1. Open the Meta Quest mobile app on your phone.
2. Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the bottom-right corner.
3. Tap Profile or your profile picture/name at the top.
4. On your Profile page, look for your @-ID (Meta username) directly under your display name.
   It usually looks like: @yourusername

Option 2: Inside the VR Headset (Meta Quest)

1. Put on your Meta Quest headset.
2. Press the Meta (Oculus) button on your right controller to bring up the Universal Menu.
3. Look for your profile picture icon on the menu bar and select it.
4. On your Profile page, you'll see your display name and your Meta @-ID right underneath.
