Where can I find my Meta ID?

If you're trying to submit a support ticket and are being asked for your Meta ID, it refers to your unique username—also known as your @-ID—linked to your Meta account.

Here are two simple ways to locate it:

Option 1: On your phone (Meta Horizon app)

  1. Open the Meta Horizon app.
  2. Tap your profile picture (or go to Menu on the Horizon Feed).
  3. On your profile, your @-ID is shown under your display name.
    It usually looks like: @yourusername

Option 2: In your Meta Quest headset

  1. Press the Meta/Oculus button on your right controller to open the universal menu.
  2. Select your profile picture.
  3. Your @-ID appears under your display name.
    Example format: @yourusername

Extra Tips:

  • Your Meta @-ID is unique to you
  • Still can’t find it? Make sure your Meta Quest app is updated to the latest version.

When submitting a ticket, simply copy your Meta @-ID and paste it into the required field. This helps the support team quickly locate your account and resolve your issue faster.
