Animal Company purchases are processed by Meta, not by the Animal Company team. That means:
- We can’t issue refunds or reverse charges from our side.
- Refund decisions are made by Meta Support.
What can be refunded?
Meta sets the refund rules for all purchases made through their platform. In many cases, in-app purchases (like coins, bundles, packs, DLC, and subscriptions) may not be refundable.
How to request a refund anyway
If you still want to try, you’ll need to contact Meta Support and ask them directly.
Helpful info to include when contacting Meta:
- The name of the purchase (bundle/pack)
- The date/time you bought it
- The account you bought it on
- Any receipt / order info shown in your Meta purchase history
Before you contact Meta (quick checks)
- Make sure you’re signed into the same Meta account that made the purchase.
- If you bought something by mistake, don’t repurchase while you’re trying to fix it.
