If you’ve received a ban in Animal Company VR or its Discord channel, you may have the option to appeal. Appeals are reviewed by our moderation team to ensure fairness.
Step 1: Understand the Rules and Ban System
All bans come from violations of the Code of Conduct. Players who break the rules face a progressive ladder of penalties, starting with short mutes and escalating to longer bans:
- 1 min mute with a warning
- 3 min mute with a warning
- 5 min mute with a warning (up to three times)
- 1 day mute with a warning
- 1-day private room ban (cannot join other rooms)
- 3-day ban
- 1-week ban
- 1-month ban
⚠️ The voice moderation system is lenient at first, giving players chances to improve. Repeated violations, however, lead to longer bans.

Step 2: Gather Details
Be ready to provide:
- Your Meta ID and email
- The date and type of ban you received
- A clear explanation of why you believe the ban was a mistake
- Any context that may help moderators understand the situation
Step 3: Submit Your Appeal
- Game bans: Go to the Support Portal, choose the Ban Appeal form, and fill it out with as much honest detail as possible.
- Discord bans: Check the ban notification you received from Dyno or Sapphire. Use the appeal link included in that message, and complete the form truthfully.
Important Notes
- Some bans, especially for severe violations, may not be eligible for appeal.
- Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee your ban will be lifted.
- Always remain respectful and honest in your appeal.
