For issues with scammers and other players stealing your items

In Animal Company, players can interact and trade freely, and while losing an item can feel frustrating, trades (even unfair ones) are not against the current game rules. That said, your safety and experience matter a lot to us. Here are some important steps you can take to protect yourself going forward:

1) Use the STASH system
Keep your favorite items safe by storing them in your STASH. It’s a secure space where other players can’t access your gear. Learn more about how STASH works here.

2) Have a parent or trusted adult nearby when trading
If someone asks for your items, check with an adult first. They can help you decide if the trade seems fair or safe.

3) Learn and level up
If you feel someone tricked you, try to remember their name and avoid them in the future. Every experience—good or bad—is a chance to grow smarter and stronger. If you'd like us to help further, you can submit a Support Ticket https://support.animalcompanyvr.com/support/tickets/new

We take all reports seriously and appreciate your effort in keeping Animal Company safe for everyone!
