How to Report a Player?

If you see someone breaking the rules, harassing other players, or behaving inappropriately, there are two ways to report them.

1. Report a Player Through Meta

You can use Meta's built-in reporting tools to report harassment, threats, cheating, or other unsafe behavior.

Tip: If another player makes you uncomfortable, you can also mute or block them to avoid further interactions.

2. Report a Player to Animal Company Support

If you want our team to review a player's behavior, you can submit a report directly through our support portal.

What You Need to Provide:

• Video evidence: A short recording showing what happened (under 10 MB).
• Player's Meta Horizon @-ID: The username of the player you're reporting.
• Description of the incident: Briefly explain what happened, including when and where it occurred.

Important: If your video is larger than 10 MB, you can upload it to a file-sharing service, such as Google Drive, and include a shareable link in your report. Make sure our team has permission to view it.

What Happens After I Submit a Report?

Our support team will review the information and evidence you provide.

Please keep in mind:

• Providing clear video evidence helps us understand what happened.
• Submitting a report does not automatically mean the reported player will be banned.
• We cannot share details about another player's account or any moderation actions taken against them.

3. Can I Report Someone for Stealing My Items or Scamming Me?

We understand how frustrating it can be to lose your items, especially if you worked hard to get them.

Animal Company allows players to trade and interact freely. Because of this, unfair trades and item-stealing situations are generally not considered rule violations under our current game rules.

However, if another player is also harassing, threatening, or violating our Community Guidelines, you can submit a report with video evidence.

4. How Can I Protect My Items?

Here are a few tips to help keep your items safe.

Use the STASH System

Store your favorite or valuable items in STASH to help keep them safe from other players. Learn More About STASH

Be Careful When Trading

Avoid making trades if you're unsure about the deal or feel pressured by another player.

Mute or Block Players

If someone is harassing you or making you uncomfortable, you can mute or block them.

Ask a Trusted Adult for Help

If you're younger and unsure whether a trade is fair, consider asking a parent, guardian, or trusted adult for advice.

5. Still Need Help?

If you have evidence of a player violating our Community Guidelines, please submit a report through our support portal.
