Common fixes for login issues
- General login troubleshooting (try first)
- Power off your headset completely
- Log out of your Meta account using the Meta Quest mobile app
- Restart your phone
- Turn your headset back on and try logging in again
- Check that your headset is on the latest Meta software version (Older versions have caused login issues for some players.)
- App or device is not supported
This message usually appears when Meta’s device security check (attestation) can’t verify your headset’s system integrity. This can happen if the device has been modified (mods, system tweaks) or if the OS is in an unexpected state.
How to fix it:- Factory reset your headset
- After the reset, update to the latest Meta OS before installing any apps
- Avoid reinstalling mods or system tweaks, as they can trigger the error again
