What to Do If a Purchase Was Made on the Wrong Account?

If coins or bundle were credited to the supervising (parent) account instead of your child’s account, the only available solution is to request a refund and repurchase the item using the correct account.


Here’s what you need to know:

  • Meta handles all payments and refunds. Developers do not have access to reverse or edit transactions.
  • In-game bundles or content packs cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Refunds must be requested directly through Meta Support.


Once your refund is processed, simply log into your child’s account and repurchase the desired pack or coins.
